Monthly Personalized Fitness & Nutrition Coaching

Our online program is aimed at those of you looking to make meaningful changes to their nutrition & fitness habits and would benefit from support to kick-start and navigate the journey.

Whether you are a newbie in the nutrition and fitness space or a more experienced individual who is shifting direction, our coaches will put together a personalized plan that considers your goals, background and lifestyle.

Our program operates as a subscription service. You’ll be billed monthly on the same date you signed up. If you wish to cancel, simply notify us at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.

We recommend that you stick with us for a minimum of 3 months to set a strong foundation.

What to expect upon signing up:

  • Right away: Welcome email with instructions to join our online platform and your intake questionnaire
  • Within 3 business days: Kick-off videocall with your coach. In-depth discussion of your goals, preferences, lifestyle and history. Q&A time
  • Within 3 business days from kick-off call: Receive your personalized and easy to follow nutrition plan with customized caloric intake recommendations + your custom fitness programming
  • Once a week: Check-in with your coach via our app. Upon receiving your feedback, we'll make adjustments as necessary. We are very hands-on and our goal is to keep your plan constantly optimized 
  • Unlimited: Direct email/chat communication with your coach (we will get back to you within 24 hours, but generally faster). No need to wait for the weekly check-in to ask questions or simply reach out

What is included in your personalized plan:

  • Easy to follow caloric intake recommendations based on your lifestyle, background and goals
  • Personal Fitness Programming based on your available equipment
  • Meal timing recommendations based on your daily routine, including pre and post-workout meals
  • Lifestyle improvement suggestions
  • Unlimited adjustments. No need to worry if your goals change, your coach can help you make the necessary tweaks to your plan
  • Nutrition prep for sport events. Whether it is recreational or you sign up for a competition, we can help adjust your nutrition for optimal performance
